My name is Browniz Asirawat. I graduated from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia with a bachelor of Business. I represent a new generation of farmers in the shrimp industry with expertise in aquaculture.
​
I worked in the shrimp industry for as long as I can remember. I learned the trade from my Dad who established his shrimp hatchery business in 1988 under the name ‘Leader Farm’. Since then the business has expanded to include a system of multiple aquaculture lines, grow-out ponds, distributor and producer. My partner and I share passion for shrimp farming. We believe in the transformative power of producing shrimp to the world. My team and I are driven by the high demand of shrimp lovers. We determined to meet their expectation through delivering the best service with customer satisfaction guaranteed.
